What happened:

Pulled landing string and run a tubing hanger running tool on drill pipe. Pull the completion with the drill pipe landing string.

What was planned:

The plan was to pull the completion with the landing string.

What was learned:

The clearance between the subsea test tree and the BOP are small and it will take time to rig down surface flow tree where the subsea test tree and the tubing will be hanging in slip moving up and down in the BOP. It is likely that this could damage both the BOP and the subsea test tree.

What actions are required:

Plan for running the tubing hanger running tool on drill pipe for pulling the completion.
